2011 - 12 y/o pt first seen. He had a pointy peg lateral tooth 12, which I resin bonded.

Then he received full fixed orthodontics and reappeared 10 years later wanting further improvements.

2021 - I resin bonded half of 13, 23, mesial margins 11/21 to close a small diastema and full RB to 12, 22.
