Tilley grew up around dentistry, often accompanying her dad, Terry, to work during his early years as a dentist in Bundoora. From as young as six years old, she remembers helping with wax-ups on dental models and, as she got older, assisting behind the scenes by sterilising instruments before eventually progressing to chairside assisting.
After finishing high school, Tilley initially pursued a career in IT and graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Business Information Systems. However, years later she discovered that her passion ultimately lay in dentistry and decided to follow in her dad’s footsteps.
Tilley is passionate about patient education and disease prevention and is known for her gentle, compassionate approach to patient care and communication. She has a particular interest in minimally invasive cosmetic dentistry and resin bonding, with a focus on delivering natural, conservative treatment outcomes.
